Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need?
Firstly, wear comfortable clothes. Secondly, choose a chair to sit in which is upright, comfortable and gives you good back support. It is preferable to meditate sitting rather than lying down. This is because, if you fall asleep, you are not receiving the maximum benefit from the meditation.
What type of meditation is it?
The guided session covers a variety of types of meditation. These include mindfulness meditations and also more traditional types of meditation.
Do I need to book?
No, just turn up online. There is room for all.

“This is a wonderful relaxing free weekly session, led by a skilled practitioner. I also recommend the 5-lesson package which is well-researched. It has a scientific theme explaining why meditation and mindfulness techniques can assist your health and well-being. Many different techniques are practiced so you can identify what’s best for you.” – Sandra, Sydney
